What shipping courier do you use?

We partner with a variety of shipping carriers depending on the size and weight of the item and where you are located. Our largest carrier is UPS and Fedex, but certain larger items need to go through a freight company, which will vary.

How fast do you ship out my item?

After an order is placed on our website, it usually takes around 1 to 2 business days to process your order. Then afterwards, we prepare the item to ship to you. You should receive a tracking code within the following day.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Transit Time: 5-8 Business Days

What is your return policy?

Do you offer financing on your bikes?

Yes we do. We partnered with Klarna financing to offer interest free finance. For more information see our Financing Page.

If something is out of stock can I back order or special order it?

Yes you can. If the item is out of stock or back ordered, the item will have a button that says "Preorder" instead of adding to cart. You an always give us a call to place your preorder also.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders in USA.

What is your warranty policy?

Each bike we sell on our website has a manufacturers warranty. But each manufacturer has a different policy length, and many offer an extended warranty as an option.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we don't offer international shipping directly through the website because each order requires a special shipping price quote. If you live outside the continental USA please call us or write us to get a shipping price quote.
